At Wentra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Not be damaged, washed, altered, or used

Returns may not be accepted for products that do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Product images (if required)

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after approval.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund processing may require bank account or UPI details.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
