At Wentra, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order has been packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Cancellation by Wentra

Wentra reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Operational or technical issues

In such cases, customers will be informed, and eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund (if payment has already been made) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable if payment has not been collected.
