For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

4. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • Please wait for a short period, as payment verification may take time.

  • In case of unsuccessful transactions, the deducted amount may automatically be reversed by your bank or payment provider.

7. Refund for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Approved refunds for cancelled or returned orders are generally processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
