At Wentra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need a different size, color, or replacement for an eligible product, please review our Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Not be washed, damaged, altered, or used

Products that do not meet eligibility requirements may not qualify for exchange.

After verification, an appropriate exchange or resolution will be provided.

5. Exchange Approval

Wentra reserves the right to decline exchange requests in cases of:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Requests made outside the exchange period
